In Harlem, the game don’t stop for love.
But sometimes… love is the game.
Nasir “Naz” Green, a smooth-talking hooper from 145th & Lenox, has one thing on his mind: making it out. With a full ride to a D1 college and the city watching his every move, all he has to do is keep his head down and drop 30 a night.
Then Imani, a photography student with natural hair, deep eyes, and zero time for ballplayers, steps into his world — and flips the script.
They meet on the court.
She sees the man behind the jumper.
He sees someone worth slowing down for.
But in Harlem, distractions are deadly. Old flings, jealous teammates, local legends who never left — everybody’s watching. And when a late-summer tournament at Rucker Park becomes the battleground for Naz’s future and his heart, he’ll have to decide:
Chase the league.
Or fight for a love built on more than highlight reels.
